Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using ChartView ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its data;
- resell, redistribute or misrepresent the Service or its content as your own; or
- misuse AI or data features to generate misleading, harmful or infringing content.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans and credit allowances are described on the pricing page. Credits are used for AI and data actions and reset each billing period; they have no cash value and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — see our privacy policy.
5. Data and information
ChartView visualises official, publicly available data that we do not own. The Service is provided for information and visualisation only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Please read our data disclaimer.
6. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may limit or discontinue the Service, at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
